The following rules apply to refund requests made by customers and are based on the Terms & Conditions of the platform.
1. General Refund Handling
According to clause 8.1 of the Terms & Conditions, any refund request regarding a deposit will be reviewed in accordance with the refund policies of the respective payment service provider.
This means the refund procedure and eligibility depend on the rules of the payment system used for the original transaction.
2. Cancellation of Bonuses and Winnings
According to clause 8.2 of the Terms & Conditions, if a refund is processed, the Provider will cancel all bonuses and winnings associated with the refunded amount.
This includes promotional bonuses, free spin winnings, cashback, or any winnings generated from the refunded deposit.
3. Security and Legal Considerations
According to clause 8.3 of the Terms & Conditions, if a transaction is determined by either the Provider or the payment service provider to pose an unacceptable security or legal risk, the Provider will:
Initiate a refund back to the original payment account, and
Notify all relevant authorities and associated parties.
This measure ensures compliance with anti-fraud regulations and financial security standards.
